Team Viewer and Quick Support Won't Show ID & Password

Hello, 

I know many times many people asked this but I couldn't find any solution, It's really frustrating. 

I tried everything:

1- Uninstall and reinstall Team Viewer

2- Uninstall and use Quick Support

3- Disabled Firewall and Antivirus 

4- Reset to Factory Setting my Router 

5- Using wired connection instead of wireless 

None of them worked, I had TeamViewer on my windows 7 laptop for a long time with no issue, one day I woke up and TeamViewer stopped working and now only show one dash sign instead of ID & Password. 

Any Solution?
