Team viewer prevents internet connection on pc restart

I have installed team viewer on my pc (windows 10).

Nearly every time my pc restarts, it doesn’t connect to the internet. If I restart the internet adapter a few times, it connects and team viewer also connects. If I uninstall team viewer or if I stop it from starting on pc restart, then there are no internet connectivity issues.

Any idea how to resolve?

Hi Carol,

I just now found out that the connectivity issue still remains even when team viewer is not installed.

so, it rules out team viewer

I attempted to simulate the issue, but I could not reproduce it...🤔

Are you using the latest version of Win 10 with the latest version of TeamViewer (v15.34.4)?
Also, when you uninstalled TeamViewer, did you select to remove all settings? You could also try our advanced uninstall.

I changed TeamViewer settings to allow lan connection and it worked. Try that
