TeamViewer 12 Installer Will Not Install On Windows 8 Pro

Hi, I cannot get the TeamViewer 12 Installer to Install on a Windows 8 Pro tablet, instead it throws up a "how do you want to open this file message, keep this app or other options" message window. TeamViewer 11 installer works perfectly and will install. Is this a known compatibility issue possibly? Cheers
