The reinstatement form will not accept my ID number. I think I am putting in the right one but maybe not. Where do i find the correct ID number. TIA

There are two different ways to find your ID in the Full Client:
In the form, please make sure to remove any space before and in between the numbers.

I use TeamViewer to help my mother with the computer, but since last sunday ID and passwords aren't appearing.
I tried to create an account, but still not been able to find this information.
