Can't figure out my ID
The reinstatement form will not accept my ID number. I think I am putting in the right one but maybe not. Where do i find the correct ID number. TIA

Congratulations on your first post! 🙌
There are two different ways to find your ID in the Full Client:
- In the tab Remote Control: you'll see your ID and password.
- In the section About TeamViewer: click on the three lines (≡) on the top left corner → About TeamViewer.
In the form, please make sure to remove any space before and in between the numbers.

Have any updates (either of TeamViewer or the OS) been done on Sunday on her computer?
As a first step, would you mind uninstalling completely TeamViewer from her computer and downloading it again from our website? Please find below:
