Log in issue


I can't log into my Teamviewer. It worked perfectly before. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the software. The log-in button is grayed out and single sign-on is also not possible.

I am running macos 12.2. But as said it worked fine the first time I installed it but now for some reason refuses to log me in.

    Can you firstly ask you to run several troubleshooting checks on TeamViewer and your mac device please

    • check TeamViewer compatibility on the software version and support operating systems
    • restart TeamViewer services on your devices
    • check your internet connection and internet status, and also network ports
