Connecting raspberry pi without a screen connected

Hello folks,

I connected my raspberry pi to a screen and going through the GUI was able to do a lot of things including install Teamviewer.

While it was still connected to my TV, I was able to connect to it remotely. Once, I set it up in another location without any screen connected, Teamviewer always fails to connect.

I've even tried attaching a dummy HDMI adapter, but to no avail.

Is Teamviewer supposed to work even if there's no screen connected? (I would expect the answer to be yes)...
