hello, a customer was forced to remove the "enable udp" option for teamviewer to work.

Generally, connections over UDP allow for smoother connections. However, if UDP ports are blocked on the system, you need to remove the "enable UDP" option.
Based on this, one of the possibilities in the case would be your customer likely has blocked UDP ports.
