I cannot send a pdf. All the fields are written.

It seems the form does not like my zip code.

Any other way to reclaim it?

I can confirm most postal/zip codes are functional on the form.

In cases like this, however, we absolutely value our user's feedback so we may continue to improve all of our services, such as what you have provided.

I suspect I am not the only one. All countries should be included or

delete the check of this field it is easier

I changed my zip to NYC zip and it worked
