Activate license
Hello,
i just ordered a new teamviewer license but when i try to follow the steps to activate my subscription i get the error message " Remote Access license can only be activated on an account without any other license. As your account has already another license assigned, please use another account for the license activation."
I then went to check and my subscription does say active but when i log in to the teamviewer app on any of my devices it still says free (and i keep getting disconnected from my work computer after 5 minues due to fair useage).
Would you someone from support please contact me and have a look?
