Unable to create my account

I have downloaded TeamViewer on my pc desktop and now trying to create my account, so to go on and allow me to turn on/off my pc desktop from smartphone. I cannot complete the registration: I fill the name + email address + strong password but the reply is " Not Ready. Verify the connection". Dont know how to go on from here...

The first thing you could try is to create your TeamViewer from the Management Console.
