Trying to set up an account but getting the following error "already has an account with Teamviewer." the account does not show in the list of active, deactivate users or pending requests.
Any ideas where to look?

This error message shows that a user account already exists with the mail address in question.
If you don't see the account anywhere in your compagny profile, that means that the user needs to log in to the account first and then join your company. Please follow the steps explained in our article: 👉 Add an existing account
