Hi,
I currently have a free licence active. I have received my invoice by email some time ago which contains, what I believe to be, my activation licence key:
TeamViewer Business Yearly Subscription 1
PAC License: [Information removed as Community Guidelines]
I have attempted to activate the licence from within the web portal using the 'legacy' method but receive the message, "the licence number is not valid or does not work with a Teamviwer Account.
As I cannot activate the licence, I cannot then submit a support ticket, which, as others have found, creates a catch22 situation.
Please help
