TeamViewer not working with KVM

We have a lab setup with 4 different computers and connected into 1 KVM, in order to share the monitor, mouse and keyboard.
However, the TeamViewer connection is not working, unless the particular instance is switched on as focus on KVM.
This is not possible when we work remotely and we want to switch between computers.
We are using Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04.
Any suggestion?
