I have successfully reset my TeamViewer ID by declaring on the form that I only use it for connecting to a non-profit fire brigade. However, I now need to declare the ID on the other end (at the fire station).
The problem is - I can not open the form at https://www.teamviewer.com/en/reset/ unless I first login. When I login, it tells me that my request was submitted successfully so there is no way to use the form AGAIN to put a new ID into it.
Can someone at TeamViewer please fix this so that the form can actually be accessed when needed?
