I purchased the remote access license and after activation, I keep getting the: "A Remote Access license can only be activated on an account without any other license. As your account has already another license assigned, please use another account for the license activation" error.

I try to login to my teamviewer and it says free license on it still and will only allow me to use it for a couple seconds before kicking me out.

Can someone from support please get back to me on how to fix the issue?

    Hi @courtneyu,

    According to the error message, you may try to activate the Remote Access license on a different email account. We will also help to check for the issue with the current account. Would you mind sharing the affected email account via PM to the Community moderators please?
