I purchased the remote access license and after activation, I keep getting the: "A Remote Access license can only be activated on an account without any other license. As your account has already another license assigned, please use another account for the license activation" error.
I try to login to my teamviewer and it says free license on it still and will only allow me to use it for a couple seconds before kicking me out.
Can someone from support please get back to me on how to fix the issue?
