It is not possible to connect using your teamviewer ID because only LAN connections are allowed.

Hello @JohnDin,
Welcome to the TeamViewer Community! π
Please check your β TeamViewer Options under General and make sure Incoming LAN connections are set to deactivated.
I suspect that this setting has been set to accept exclusively, which would explain the error message you are getting.
Let me know if this has worked for you!

I'm running Teamviewer 15.39.3 on a Raspberry Pi 4B. This would be my preferred way to access the Pi remotely ("headless") because TeamViewer allows me to see a full HD screen.
Fortunately I have also installed VNC on the Pi.
I regularly find that I cannot see my Pi, when I attempt to connect to it. When I connect with VNC, TeamViewer is saying "only LAN connections are allowed". In fact TeamViewer shows "accept", as above. The only solution is to reboot the Pi (remotely, under VNC). When it reboots, TeamViewer is visible and I can connect.
There seems to be an intermittent reason for TeamViewer to change its behaviour, even though the setting is "accept".

I should not have said "as above". You recommend setting "Incoming LAN connections" to "deactivated". I tried that too. I was able to connect once, and then it dropped out. Choosing "accept" seems to work for a longer time, but it still drops out.
