Cannot connect to remote PC

I have latest TV installed on my PC and remote PC.

When I try to connect to remote PC (using remote PC ID) from my personal (free) account - it does not connect.

When I try to connect to the same remote PC (using remote PC ID) from work account with license - it connects just fine.

Any ideas why it can happen?

    Thank you for the details.

    I recommend restarting the TeamViewer service on your computer.

    If this does not solve the issue, you will need to restart the TeamViewer service on the remote computer as well.

  • Have similar problem. This solution did not work for me. Even the Android TV cannot connect to my tower PC.
