I want to create a support ticket for the cancellation of the autorenewal of my subscription after one year. When I click on submit ticket option on the site, it navigates me to home where there is an option to create a New support ticket. But then automatically it guides me to some other window and doesn't allow for the creation of a new ticket.
Need urgent help!
