**Third Party Product** and Teamviewer Together Frequently Disconnects
Hi,
I have been using **Third Party Product** to communicate with the counterpart along with TeamViewer running at the same time. We haven't been using **Third Party Product** since it is much slower than TeamViewer on remotely controlling the counterpart's computer. The set up is by having **Third Party Product** session running with microphone ON and webcam ON, and have one computer to connect to the other one via TeamViewer. The problem that I have been experiencing is that TeamViewer would randomly and consistently would disconnect itself and sometimes would not let me reconnect saying that the TeamViewer isn't connected to the network and is not ready (with red dot sign).
I have searched and tried many different options such as disabling HW acceleration of TeamViewer, not using UDP, changing the screen quality to low or no color, etc. None of these helped. The Internet speeds for both parties are 100 Mbps+.
Does anyone can help me on this matter? I even thought about switching to business account of TeamViewer but if the free version doesn't work well, I cannot expect better performance from the business account. Also, I am even considering a different remote connection application but any help me to continue using TeamViewer would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Hi @rapgaroo,
Thank you for reaching out to us in TeamViewer Community!
While you are using TeamViewer for remote access connections, you are able to have screen sharing, remote control, chat, VoIP and even video at the same time. We would suggest you to run TeamViewer only without any other online conference tool then you may experience the TeamViewer connections without any interruption.
In the worst scenario that TeamViewer disconnects again, we kindly ask you to share the screenshot of the error message on TeamViewer and we will help to investigate the issue.
Best,
