Authentication rejected after already been able to connect

Sometimes when I'm trying to connect to a remote computer with TV it says Authentication rejected.. though I connect with the quick connect that has the password already save.

The only way to connect again is to restart the remote computer.. but it's really inconvinient and one incredible failure from TeamViewer, because in several cases there wasn't anyone around to do so and I cound't access it remotely..

I think this occurs when TeamViewer trys to offer the new version 12 or something like that.

It's great they want to promote their newer version, but they can't brake the old version to do so, I've already paid for my version 11 and I'm not willing to buy the new one as I don't need any other feature more than the ones I already have.

Please give me a solution to fix this issue in my current version.
