After upgrading to version 12 on Windows 10


I cannot View remote Computers after Upgrading to version 12.

i did upgrade on both computers and even re installed them 

my computer has windows 10 64 bit and remote computer have windows 7 64 bit it was working fine and i can even connect to it through mobile device but from laptop it connects but shows black screen instead of desktop i took screen shot it shows remote desktop but i cannot see anything but a connected PC with all black screen

    Is the monitor driver installed? 

    I have never had this problem, but it's worth a try.

    Extras > Options > Advanced Tab (click button to see settings) > Scroll down to "Advanced Network Settings" > click the Install button next to monitor drivers

    I installed the driver as you guided on both pc its still black screen. The team viewer connects to remote pc but the Home button on toolbar is disabled (can't be clicked) it shows black screen but captures screen shots of remote screen successfully. I can't even access remote files
