Add "handle" to minimised TeamViewer panel

The TeamViewer panel often gets in the way of getting work done (esp. on Macs, which make heavy use of top right part of the screen). Minimising the panel helps, but then it gets in the way of the scroll bar...

Adding a "handle" just above the minimised tab (as per illustration below) will make it easy to drag the tab out of the way when required.
