Regarding subscription termination

I have raised a ticket for subscription cancellation 3 days back and the customer care said that they will forward the ticket to the cancellation team but no response yet from them. It seems a kind of trap where it is impossible to cancel the subscription. Please help with my subscription termination immediately with a full refund of my money.
