Bluetooth connection for TeamViewer control of laptop

I have two computers - one is a standard laptop and the second one is a miniPC (Beelink U59 series / no monitor / no keyboard). Both computers have TeamViewer installed and it works great when I'm on my home WiFi with both computers logged in. However, I do some remote amateur radio work where I'd like to control the miniPC using only Bluetooth between them. Much of this is done up in the mountains outside of cell coverage so HotSpot using my iPhone is not possible.
