How to sign the request reset form

Hello,

Trying to request TeamViewer to reset my free account. I can fill out the form, it then wants me to use my mouse to create a signature. I can't create the signature it won't do anything, and I can't upload my request.

I am having this same problem. When I try to submit the form without the signature, it just refreshes the form page.

Update - the problem seemed to be connect to Chrome. I tried completing the form with Microsoft Edge and it worked just fine.
