Re: teamviewer personal password issue

Are you getting an email confirmation?

I know when I log in from a new computer an email is sent to me with a link. If I don't click on the link to verify I own the account, I don't get access. Maybe it's getting caught in a spam filter, or the "clutter" folder if you use Outlook.

I don't work for TeamViewer. I'm just a user.

That's not the problem. My password is successfully reset and set. I follow all prompts without an issue. I use TeamViewer only on the two computers I have. I've never signed in from anywhere else. I get confirmation that I'm good to go. So when I try to sign in the next time, my password doesn't work at all. I have to reset again and then log in. Why does it log in when I reset it? Why doesn't that same password work the next time I have to sign in, hours later? I'm copying and pasting the password exactly the same way. It's so bizarre.
