After selecting your "open a support case" link you will be redirected to:
To page called Improved Support Structure — TeamViewer Support
I can select Open a ticket and again i will be redirected to a loading screen...
Nothing happens...
Isnt there a @info mailadres or something this is very frustrating...
You are not logging in with the TeamViewer account attached to your license.
To open a ticket, you must enter the TeamViewer account credentials that are linked to your TeamViewer license.
