TV not loading on Mac

Not sure why but my last post asking for a response from the community was deleted. Not by me. Just deleted.

Anyway, the problem that I'm having is that TV is not loading on my Mac using the Ventura OS. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. The icon is there to select and open but it never loads. It tries for a split second and then just doesn't load. What else do I gotta do to get this application to function correctly?
