How to connect with the paid version.

I was afraid this would happen. Wanting to be a good citizen, I just subscribed to the paid version. Now, I cannot even find my remote computer to connect. Never had a problem with the free version. No good deed goes unpunished...

As there is no support from the company, I am coming here for any guidance before calling my bank to cancel the payment. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My system: MacBook Pro running Mojave OS

Remote system: IZ Sys PC running Windows 7 or 8... I can't remember

    Addendum: The web version acknowledges the remote computer, but directs me to use the downloaded app, which no longer shows the remote computer after transitioning to the paid version.
