No connection to TeamViewer server



Our subscription license expired yesterday and has since been renewed but myself and a colleague's client cannot contact the Teamviewer server. Nothing has changed our side and we've re-installed, applied the new license key etc.

Both laptops have been restarted and I've tried a different network but no dice.

Any ideas?
