Problem with remote control

Hi!

I have a problem. I use the software for private use.

I tried do connect to another pc but when I putted the password...it needs to a confirmation from the other pc and then when it connected, I can't use mouse or keyboard. So I have access to the remote desktop but with some limits.

How can I remove these limits?

The settings on the teamviewer on the other pc are right...all is allowed...

Can you help me?

I solved that last day but thanks.

The person behind the remote side gave me the wrong information.

His settings were setted wrong.

In this case, I would check the settings on the remote PC.

I'm pretty sure that the restrictions are set on the remote side.
