I tried to connect client pc by teamviewer ver 15.36.9 in Japan.
The account is business.
The client pc's teamviewer ver is newest in Indonesia.
It was occured error 'Protocol Negotiation failed'.
I don't know the reason why.

TeamViewer v15.36.9 is the minor version of TeamViewer and we now have v15.37.3 released.
Can you kindly update the TeamViewer client to the latest version and try again for connections please?
