Scammers got access; can I check what was done?

My mother had allowed access to her pc for around 5 minutes before she realized her mistake and ctrl+alt+tabbed teamviewer out. She said that she had a black screen throughout the time. She had sensitive data right on her desktop including loan applications with my info as well as hers. We are taking steps now to protect our data but I would like to know if I can access data logs from past connections and see what was done under the blacked-out screen
