In the 10 or so years of using this program I have never seen this red bar. Can't find any info on this red bar and what it means. I do have a paid business license. Any insight would be most helpful!

TeamViewer does not control the colours for the windows, it is typically set by the theme in the operating system, You may check the operating system theme and then change the colour again.
