Teamviewer works once only after a reboot

i can use teamviewer once after a reboot of my server which doesnt happen often... because its a server. ive purged the install and reinstalled but it just refuses to consistently connect. no errors are given it just times out after saying connecting for about a min.
i could not find a similar issue on google so im hoping that posting here will get the solution found.

I am having this same problem. Connection from TV in mac to TV in Windows is lasting 1-5 seconds. It was fine one day and then not working on the next. Need connection for work. Please help.
