Windows services required running to run TV

I disabled a bunch of Windows 10 Services and now my TV is stuck with the red dot "Not ready. Please check your connection". Attached is the list of services that I have currently running.

Internet works fine, I use Android USB Tethering for connecting. TV always worked before stopping around 20 services. I tried to manually start some network related services (or sounding like) but with no luck. Windows Defender / Firewall is disabled.

Can you tell me what windows services need to be running to run TV?
