I cannot activate my Remote Access licence

I have not received an activation email for my licence, despite repeated requests from Team Viewer to trust my device (all satisfied, I believe). The Chat service is closed and I cannot raise a support ticket. Two days ago I received an Overdue Payment (but no invoice previously) which I have now paid although I have not been able to use the product. How do I get help?????
