problem when installing a free license

I take care of a retirement club. To assist some club members in their computer problem, I install a free license of TeamViewer to be able to access their computer. Recently when I installed TeamViewer on a new member, the installation went well. But I did not get the ID and password on the computer's Team viewer window. I do not know why. Can you help me?
