I have a TeamViewer subscription that I last updated in April of 2022. Yesterday I had an issue where I couldn't connect with my Mac and it kept prompting "TeamViewer is starting, please wait". I uninstalled and reinstalled the software with no luck and tried calling the phone support number which is a joke .. why would we ever pay for someone to answer our questions.

I eventually got it running by changing logging out of my host computer (again, why on earth would we not have a direct error message that helps us solve the issue). However in my panic to get things going again I signed up for another Teamviewer license even though mine is still going. Even now that I have TWO licenses going, when I go to user management it wants me to sign up again.


So here I am, paying twice for the same service and no phone support. My solution for Team Viewer: For the love of god, make your error messages something that can actually be solved.

2: Answer the phone. People pay you money. Pick up the **bleep** phone. Don't be an **bleep**.
