Trying to transfer files from PC host to Chromebook.

I am using the Team Viewer Play Store app. I can open the File Transfer option and navigate to files on the PC. When I switch the view to "My Files" I cannot navigate to any files on my Chromebook. The only option is something called "External Storage" but I have no idea where to find these folders on the Chromebook.
