I have a large number of endpoints distributed geographically which we access remotely using TeamViewer for support purposes. A significant number of them are inaccessible because TeamViewer is unable to connect from our side. When looking into it we can see that the client computers have an up-to-date TeamViewer installation but the app opens with no ID or password' displayed to allow remote control.
We have tried:
Restarting the TeamViewer service (Windows)
Reinstalling the app - all running recent versions from 15.37.3 to 15.37.8
Rebooting the computers in question
Checked the internet connection. In some cases the problem exists on a specific machine in a network where a an adjacent computer connected to the same network doesn't have the issue. This rules out router port blocking or firewall rules.
