Serial Numbers not pulling correctly for Surface Laptops

The number in Asset Management is not correct at all, not sure what this number (below) is that it's pulling. The Surface serial numbers don't have letters in them, whatever TV Asset Management shows is completely different than the real serials.

Our last inventory management system "Kaseya" was able to pull all our Surface Book & Surface Laptops serial numbers automatically without issue. Any way we could get this resolved?
