Newly installed 22.04 LTS and Teamviewer - No remote control possible

Hi All,

I have a newly installed Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and Teamviewer 15.37.8 H - I can not connect from this Linux machine neither with local application nor with the web interface.

just no remote window opens up, no error message on screen - just nothing.

It works with a windows 10 virtual machine so how can I make it run on my linux installation.

I'm NOT running Wayland.

Please help my mother in law needs my support !!!

    I have exactly the same issue but I had previously used the Teamviewer installation on this laptop successfully - probably around August 2023? Maybe an update or something has broken the package??

    I also have Teamviewer installed on my iPhone and I can use that to successfully connect to the same target, so the issue seems definitely related to the Ubuntu/Teamviewer combination.
