Black screen on Android when opening a banking app

Hi, I live abroad, I'm trying to help my mom with bank issues, electronic signature and so on, unfortunately when I open these programs I can only see a black screen, the same I tried with **Third Party Product** so it doesn't depend on HOST, there is any solution for this?

Like a setting on Android "yes I?m aware of risks, please disable the black screen".
