Different teamviewer ID on same PC after reboot

I use teamviewer to help my friend on het laptop

When she starts computer e.g. after a reboot the ID changes

So I have two different ones en they appear to be randomly used

How can I change this so it always uses te same ID

I already tried that, but after a restart it sometimes goes to the other ID again, not always but randomly.
