Authentication Rejected from QNAP NAS teamviewer app

Good day,

Using Windows Teamview app to remote into QNAP NAS server. I keep getting Authentication Rejected. It says "connecting" then "authenticating" then rejected. The NAS is showing up on our list as Online.

Thoughts?

This solution doesn't work. Even after adding device to the account as described in the above link, the connection is rejected. The error in TeamViewer log is this -

GetInt failed for AccessControl\Meeting_AC_Custom_HostAMeetingAccess, Errorcode=2
