Teamviewer Web Client

Hi

If I’m only using a browser on my local device to remotely connect to my PC ie the Teamviewer web client, does my local device need a minimum spec to provide good performance or is the processing all done on the remote PC and it doesn’t matter apart from the bandwidth? I was looking at buying something basic with 4Gb RAM and Intel® Celeron® N4020 processor and wondered if it would be sufficient I intend just to use Excel, Outlook, open files in Explorer etc on the remote PC?
