Remote control of Ubuntu's PC from Win10
I have a Teamviewer software installed on both PCs. The problem is I cannot connect from local Win10 PC to remote Ubuntu's PC. Previously it was working fine. The used method is "by ID and password". I can see the status of remote PC in the list of available PCs, but when I'm trying to connect nothing happend. It freezes for several seconds and no password request appears.
The version of software on Ubuntu is quit old but I cannot update it until I can connect via Teamviewer to remote PC. Remote user unable to update Teamviewer from his own side as have a very limited knowledge in Computer field.
Probably I should use older Version of Teamviewer software from my side but not sure where to get the old enough version.
So any advices are very appreciated!
