I started as a new IT-manager at [removed per Community Guidelines] and 2 years Teamviewer toke the money from my company and didn't provide any access to what we paid for.
How can I cancel the subscription if I don't have access to former employee mailbox. Or can't reply with the e-mail teamviewer sended the support request.
