How do I get TeamViewer to start up in the background on Windows 11?

I have a Windows 10 desktop and TeamViewer starts up in the background any time I turn that computer on.

I have a Windows 11 laptop that starts up TeamViewer as a full screen running app whenever I turn that computer on. I want TeamViewer to start up in the background only.

Here are the settings that I thought would make things right, but they haven't. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!
